Rental Info & Policies

NOTE: If you are wanting to rent for/during Burningman dates there is a Non-Refundable Burning Man Fee. Fee will be charged upon booking.
NOTE: Mandatory $95 prep fee on all rentals (Except quads & Rhinos)

Reservation Deposit: $250. (necessary to secure reservation) Remaining balance is due prior to pick-up.
*For Burning Man reservations the deposit is the non refundable surcharge fee of $3,500
Security Deposit: $1,000 on all Class A Class C motorhomes $500 on toy haulers, quads and utility trailers and $1,000 on Rhinos or Teryxs. These deposit are due at pick-up. (Pets, add an additional $500) *Refunded within 5-10 working days after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented unless there is an issue with damage, cleanliness or tanks that need to be filled.
Pick-up and Returns: Pick-ups are from 1-5 p.m. We will call you a day or two prior to your pick up date to schedule your appointment time to pick up the unit. Please allow about an hour for orientation and final paperwork. Returns are before 11 a.m. Special pick-up times and returns can be made only when approved by management and are done in advance. No pick-ups or returns on Saturday, Sunday or Mondays which land on a holiday unless previous arrangements are made.

Toy Haulers

You must provide your own brake control module. We will not rent toy haulers to you unless your unit has been previously installed. There is no refund if you show up without brake modules installed. Tow vehicles must be properly rated for trailers being towed. Tow vehicles must be equipped with a class 3 hitch and wiring for a 7-pin plug. We provide stabilizer bars.

Add Ons

  • Towing (with motorhomes): Inquire.
  • Bike Rack: $29 per rental period
  • Direct T.V: Included on most class A's
  • Cleaning Charge: $150/$250/$350 (Toy Hauler/Class C Motorhomes/Class A Motorhomes) if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments.
  • Kitchen Kit/Linen Kit/Bedding Kit: $100
  • Chairs: $5 ea. per rental period
  • Generator Charge: 3 hours per day free and then $3 per hour
  • Pets: $100 additional rental fee, plus an additional $500 on the security deposit. Must have prior approval and is subject to refusal.
  • Fuel Tank: $25 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return.
  • Propane Tanks: $25 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return.
  • Airport Pickup/Return: Inquire.
  • Insurance Fee:Toy Haulers: $6 Per day Motorhomes: $40-$75 per day (Or Binder Furnished From Your Insurance Company).
  • One Way RV Rental: Not Available
  • Additional Charges: $50 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.
  • RV Rental Delivery Fee: call for quote
  • Mileage Charge: First 100 miles per night of rental are free. Additional miles per night: 1-99 = .32 per mile, 100-199 = .64 per mile, 200+ = $1.28 per mile.

Requirements for ATV and Equipment Rentals

For Reservation Deposit: 25 years of age or older, drivers license, major credit card

Cancellation Policy

From the date of your reservation to within 60 days prior to your pick-up date, West Coast RV, Inc will refund your down payment less a $100 charge. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled departure, for any reason, NO DEPOSIT REFUND will be given but can be used towards future rentals. If you cancel your booking for any rentals between the dates of June 15 - Sept 15 or time periods involving any holidays the entire rental amount will become due and a credit for a future rental will be given. Bookings that do not show up for pick up also adhere to above terms.

Forfeited deposit can be used towards future rentals.
